In early February we planted some seeds. We have kept a diary, observing the changes we have noticed as the seeds germinate and grow into young plants. After carefully looking after our seeds, making sure they have had just the right amount of water, light and nutrition they are finally strong enough to survive outdoors. On Thursday this week, we put on our gloves and with the help of a couple of willing mums, we planted our seeds in the science garden. We’ll continue to keep a close eye on them and do our best to protect them from slugs and other bugs. Maybe before the children leave for the summer we might be able to taste the delicious beans and carrots they produce.
What wonderful gardeners we are!
