Employment Type – Permanent 32.5 hours per week (08:30 – 15:30) 40wks per year (Term Time)

Job/Person Summary:

Our village Church School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, friendly and efficient Administrative Officer with an excellent proven history of effective customer service, professional secretarial and communication skills and sound financial management experience to join our team of happy professionals. Ability to professionally support the Senior Leadership and staff team in a school setting is essential. This role includes budget and financial management, resource management, undertaking key liaison responsibilities with a range professionals such as financial and education authorities, companies and school governors. Ideally school based experience and proficiency in IT/Computing programmes such as Word, Excel, SIMS, IBC, HCSS and Tucasi is sought, although training will be available for the right candidate.
