Governors

The Governing Body plays a major role in the operation of the school, working with the headteacher to make strategic decisions about budgets, staffing and standards.  All Governors are volunteers, and almost anyone can apply to be a school governor, providing they have an interest in education and are able to spare some time each month. Experts from council education departments provide support and training.

The Governors aim to have as high a ratio of teachers to pupils as the budget will allow.

Should you wish to contact the Governors, the Chairman is:

Andrew Wood, 12 Winters Close, Holbury, Southampton, SO45 2GJ.
